Annalisa will talk about her case note, Orellana-Monson v. Holder:  The Fifth Circuit Accepts the B.I.A.’s Particularity and Social Visibility Requirements for Defining Membership of a Particular Social Group in Asylum Claims, which was recently selected for publication in an upcoming issue of the Review.

Annalisa Cravens is a second year law student at Tulane University Law School and a junior member of the Law Review.  This week’s Footnote Series will be hosted in the Multipurpose Room of the Tulane Law building.
