Book Review by Joachim Zekoll
Friedrich K. Juenger's book is a revised and updated version of materials for a course that he taught in 1983 at the Hague, at the invitation of the Hague Academy of International Law. These invitations are only extended to the most distinguished of scholars, and Professor Juenger proves with this book that he is no exception.
