Resolution by Louisiana Supreme Court
The Supreme Court of Louisiana adopted the following resolution upon amending Rule XX, the student practice rule, on March 22, 1999. Five Justices issued separate concurring and dissenting opinions regarding the amended rule. The resolution and the Justices' opinions are reprinted in their entirety in the following pages.
