To an Honest Hand

Tribute by Antonin Scalia

It is right and just that the Tulane Law Review pay tribute to Judge Martin Feldman's twenty years of distinguished service on the federal bench. He is a son of Tulane, which drew him to New Orleans as an undergraduate, kept him there as a law student, and propelled him into his illustrious legal career. Throughout that career, as Judge John Minor Wisdom's first law clerk, as a successful practitioner in New Orleans, and now as a highly respected judge in the Eastern District of Louisiana, he has contributed to the development of the law and the preservation of the legal order to a degree that few can equal.
