The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit held that the FLSA does not entitle workers to reimbursement for expenses related to visas, transportation, or recruitment fees. Castellanos-Contreras v. Decatur Hotels, L.L.C., 576 F.3d 274, 284 (5th Cir. 2009).
