Gianluca Cocito-Monoc’s case note examines the Louisiana Supreme Court’s decision in Gloria’s Ranch v. Tauren Exploration, where the court held that obligees are on the hook for the proportion of an insolvent obligor’s virile portion that a previously remitted obligor would have otherwise had to pay in the context of solidary obligations.
